Chiropraxis Chiemgau
The Chiropractic Practice in the Chiemgau Region
Chiropractic helps you to regain your mobility and, above all, to stay in motion – for a lifetime!
The human body is divided into six organ systems (zones):
- Glandular / Endocrine System
- Eliminative System
- Nervous System
- Digestive System
- Musculoskeletal System
- Circulatory System
Every cell and organ in the body is contained in these six systems. Consequently, any conceivable health issue in the body can be traced back to an imbalance within these systems and their communication with the corresponding areas of the brain.
By specifically adjusting certain spinal segments, the correct flow of nerve energy is restored, and the associated brain areas are balanced.
With a balanced body, you feel great, function optimally, and radiate perfect health.
Regular chiropractic adjustments help you feel more energized, healthier, more resilient, and less susceptible to stress and infections.

Each of our 36 trillion body cells falls into one of six categories:
Zone 1 - Glands and Endocrine System
We optimize the nerve supply to all the glands in your head. Expect improved memory, more energy, and clearer skin.
The nerve supply to your thyroid, gastric glands, and all digestive glands will be improved. Expect a more regular appetite, better digestion, and improved sleep.
Your kidneys / adrenal glands and reproductive glands (female: uterus / ovaries; male: prostate / testes) will be supplied with the appropriate amount of nerve energy. Expect better function of these organs.
Nerve life to your entire glandular system is being increased. This will bring more relaxation, a more positive outlook on life, and improved self-control and concentration.
There are over 200 glands in the body. Every organ and bodily function is directly influenced by our glands. A balanced endocrine system is therefore crucial.
Some of the most commonly reported changes from improved hormonal balance include:
- More relaxation and better sleep
- More energy and improved memory
- Stronger immune system
- Regular menstrual cycle and improved fertility
- Clearer skin and healthier hair
- Less anxiety and depression
Zone 2 - Excretory Systems
Improved nerve supply to your sinuses leads to better drainage of mucus through the nose and throat, especially in the morning.
To clear trapped mucus from your bronchi, we stimulate nerve supply to the chest area. This makes it easier to cough up the mucus. Important: do not swallow the mucus, spit it out!
With improved nerve flow to the kidneys, their filtration performance increases, so expect more frequent urination. You will begin to drink more water as this is required by the kidneys during this eliminative period.
When the nerves of the digestive tract function better, this often leads to more regular and (initially) more frequent bowel movements. This may sometimes be accompanied by mild abdominal cramps. Do not be alarmed as this is part of the natural cleansing process. Just let nature take its course 😊.
Every type of physical activity requires and burns energy. The resulting waste products must be disposed of via the excretory organs. Even with an optimal and healthy diet, you can only stay healthy if the eliminative system functions perfectly.
When we think of excretion, we usually think of the intestines, but that’s just one “channel.” Normal elimination also occurs through the bronchi, sinuses, kidneys, and skin.
As the excretory system becomes more balanced, our patients often report the following improvements:
- Clearer sinuses and easier breathing
- Better bladder and kidney function
- More regular and easier bowel movements
- Less bloating
- Improved acid-base balance
- Clearer skin
Zone 3 - Brain / Nervous System
We optimize the flow of information between the brain and the body. Expect a sharpening of your senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste) and generally improved body awareness.
The correct functioning of your solar plexus (often referred to as the “second brain”) will be restored. This facilitates digestion and helps you not take things too seriously.
More nerve energy to the reproductive organs leads to improved function in this area.
The central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) is the “command center” of the body. Through nerve pathways, it controls our thoughts, movements, and autonomic functions (digestion, respiration, blood pressure, thermoregulation…).
Patients with a more balanced nervous system most commonly report:
- Fewer nerve pains such as sciatica and numbness / tingling in the hands
- Fewer headaches
- Improved vision and hearing
- Better sense of smell and taste
- Better mood / more positive outlook on life
- Improved sleep
- Normalized appetite and digestion
- Improved food tolerance
- Strengthened immune system
- Balanced hormone levels
Zone 4 - Digestive System
When the nerve supply to your liver and gallbladder is optimized, expect normalization of appetite. Food will taste better and be more easily digested. The intestines will work and empty more effectively.
When the glands of your stomach work better, foods will generally be better tolerated, even those that previously upset you.
Regular production of digestive enzymes ensures optimal breakdown and digestion of your food, allowing you to better absorb nutrients. This also optimizes your uptake of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.
Our body depends on the food we consume. Our digestive system works like a “chemical lab,” designed to break down food components and provide energy and nutrients for growth and survival.
Health, therefore, requires a balanced, well-functioning digestive (bitte in Deutscher Version auch ändern) system. Just as important however is a high-quality and varied diet (the best seeds will not grow in poor soil!). Respect this natural law and pay attention to your diet.
Some of the most common “side effects” of a balanced digestive system include:
- Normal appetite
- Better sense of taste
- Improved digestion and weight regulation
- More energy
- Better food tolerance
Zone 5 - Musculoskeletal System
When the nerve supply to your neck and arms normalizes, the muscles in this area will also relax. Expect more strength, stability, and flexibility.
The muscles of your chest, abdomen, and back will be controlled better. Balanced muscles mean fewer joint misalignments and better posture. Expect less pain, more strength, and flexibility.
Muscle tension in the pelvic region and legs will normalize. Expect more strength and endurance.
Our musculoskeletal system keeps us upright and allows us to move. The right tone in the muscles is crucial. Like the strings of a guitar, the tension must not be too tight or too loose. Only with a balanced musculoskeletal system can we optimally meet the various demands of work, sport, and leisure.
Some of the most common effects of a balanced musculoskeletal system include:
- More strength and balance
- Better flexibility and stability
- Improved core strength
- Greater ease and self-confidence
- More relaxed feeling
- Less pain
Zone 6 - Cardiovascular System
Improved nerve supply to the thyroid affects blood pressure. Your thyroid plays a role in blood pressure regulation. When the thyroid functions better, blood pressure normalizes.
A better flow of nerve energy to the heart leads to normalization of heart rate and improved heart rate variability (HRV). Expect a greater sense of calm and inner strength.
Improved blood supply to muscles, internal organs, and glands means more power and performance, a more stable circulatory system, less pain, and faster recovery.
Well-functioning blood and lymphatic vessels in the lower limbs help reduce fatigue and promote good lymph drainage.
Our cardiovascular system transports oxygen and essential nutrients to the cells of our body, and carries toxins and metabolic waste products to the excretory organs. For a well-functioning cardiovascular and lymphatic system, regular movement is absolutely essential! Humans are designed to move. Movement is life! Respect this natural law and move accordingly.
Regular consequences of a balanced cardiovascular system include:
- Better blood pressure regulation
- Normal heart rate
- More ease, relaxation, and strength
- Better thyroid function
- Better circulation in hands and feet
- More stamina
Every problem in the body can be traced back to a disturbance in one or more of these systems.
Our brain is connected to all other organ systems through the nervous system.
A strong, healthy body requires a balanced brain and perfect communication between the brain and all our body cells.
Numerous physical, chemical, and emotional stress factors pose a significant challenge to our body.
This often leads to an overload of the system, resulting in disrupted communication in the nervous system and an imbalance of various brain regions. The body loses its natural ability to regenerate and heal.
Sooner or later, the lack of balance in the body manifests as pain or a variety of other symptoms, depending on where the primary disturbance lies.
The human being is a holistic entity, where all systems are interconnected. Nothing happens detached. Disorders in one organ system can affect all other areas of the body.
For a return to health and well-being, the communication between the brain and body must first be optimized again.
During your examination, I will get a clear picture of where the communication in your nervous system is disturbed, and which organ systems need to be rebalanced.
Based on this, I will stimulate or adjust the corresponding areas on your spine.
This improves the flow of information in your nervous system and activates specific nerve endings (receptors). These signal directly to the brain areas that need balancing, much like a „reset“ command on a computer.
The more balanced the brain, the better the communication with our organs, tissues, and cells.
Our goal is to balance your body as much as possible throughout the course of treatment, thereby activating and strengthening your body’s natural healing and regenerative powers.
The closer you get to your inner balance, the less pain and other symptoms will be at the forefront!
Process
Plan approximately 30 minutes for your first appointment. Two important questions I will ask you are:
- What brings you to me?
- What do you want to achieve with chiropractic care?
During your examination, I will focus on how your nervous system is currently functioning and which organ system primarily needs to be balanced. Based on this, I will adjust and stimulate specific areas of your spine.
At your second appointment (approximately 15 minutes), I will assess how your body has responded to the initial adjustments and adjust you again accordingly.
We will then discuss your treatment plan together.
